Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the pools and breakfast were fantastic, we faced some challenges with room comfort and management responsiveness. The overall ambiance and service were commendable, but certain aspects, like room amenities and dining choices, could benefit from improvement.
We recently spent ten days at this hotel and had an overall wonderful experience, enhanced by beautiful facilities and a serene environment. The pools were exceptional, providing a perfect place to unwind, although we did find the rooms a bit on the smaller side. The location was great, with easy access to Bardolino's restaurants, but we do wish the dining options were a bit better. The breakfast, while adequate, didn't quite meet our expectations compared to other places we've stayed.

On the downside, there were no evening entertainment options offered, which left the bar feeling a bit empty at night. Overall, a luxurious experience that I'd highly recommend.
